Welcome to planDisney, Brenda!
It’s so nice to see a fellow military family visiting us at
planDisney today. Welcome! As a military spouse myself, I enjoy visiting the
Disneyland Resort with my family, especially with the Military Salute Ticket.
At this time, there hasn’t been any information as to what the Disneyland Resort will be requiring California residents to use as proof of residency. In the past, Guests visiting the parks, using the
California resident ticket, were required to show a government-issued picture ID like a drivers license. Before the temporary closure, my fellow Panelist,
Kristen, was able to share
information on visiting the parks as a military family while residing in California. Again, I’m not sure if the process will remain similar or change.
I’m sure very soon we will all hEAR more information about what exactly will be needed to visit the Disneyland Resort as a California Resident. My best recommendation would be to follow the
Disney Parks on social media and keep up with the
Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information.
I hope this helps answer your question, Brenda. Once again, thank you for your family’s service. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with as you prepare to
 Return to Land of Magic!
