My husband, myself and my 8 year old son are planning a trip in March 2012. We're looking for a moderate room with a king size bed and a fold out couch. Is there such a thing? If not, any other suggestions? We're also interested in a great pool. THX!

    Hi Jessica,

At Coronado Springs, there are some suites that have a king size bed as well as a queen size pull-down bed; the pool is great here, too. However, the suites will be more costly than a standard room at a deluxe resort.  The Cabins at Fort Wilderness is also moderate resort that has a bedroom with double bed and a set of bunk beds; the living room area has a pull down double bed.

Another idea is the family suite at the All-Star Music Resort; it offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living area with a sleeper sofa, convertible sleeper chair, and a convertible sleeper ottoman. The room also has two bathrooms and a kitchenette.  The pools at the resort are nicely themed, but without a water slide.

If you really want an amazing pool, the Beach/Yacht Club are deluxe resorts that have a pool that is nearly like a water park with the sand covered bottom, sand dunes, lazy river, and huge water slide. These rooms will likely have two queen-size beds as well as a day bed.
