Hi, Christi! A trip to WDW in June sounds like a great way to kick off the summer! You really can do a Disney trip on a budget. Here are some tips:
-Go to
www.disneyworld.com and click on Special Offers. You will see some great promotions available. Make sure to sign up for emails so you will be notified of upcoming specials.
-When booking, look at the Value Resorts. These resorts are great for families, have fun themes, huge food courts, swimming pools, game room and more!
-By staying at a Disney Resort, your transportation to and from the airport and around property is all included in your vacation! This is a huge savings by not paying for shuttles, rental cars, parking, or gas.
-When choosing your ticket type, choose the base Magic Your Way ticket (no park hopping or water park options.) While these are great options, by not adding on the extras you can save a lot of money.
-Plan ahead by bringing autograph books, pens, rain ponchos, tote bag, hats and other essentials from home. All are available for purchase if you forget anything, but bring what you have at home to save money!
-Visit
www.allears.net and
www.mousesavers.com and sign up for their free e-newsletter. This is a super way to know of deals at WDW and also what is new at the parks.
Good luck planning and have a great vacation in Walt Disney World.
