Latoya, you came to the right place. You've tapped into some of the brightest Disney World trip planning experts. Unfortunately, none of them were available. So you got me. Let's hook you up, and I see that time is of the essence.
First thing is to determine which parks to visit on which days. Then we look at dining and TouringPlans.com for a plan to maximize the number of attractions you experience at each park.
May 23
Park: Magic Kingdom (open until 11:00 p.m)
Dinner: counter service at Pecos Bills or Columbia Harbor House
May 24
Park: Epcot. This park has Extra Magic Hours in the morning, which means guests staying at a Disney resort can get into the park one hour before it opens for other guests. To make sure you capitalize on this opportunity, head to the bus area at your resort at 7:00 a.m. for a bus going to Epcot.
Lunch:
Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus
Dinner: La Hacienda in Mexico or Biergarten in Germany
Snack: Boulangerie Patisserie
May 25
Park - morning: Hollywood Studios. Take advantage of morning Extra Magic Hours again. Make Toy Story Mania your first attraction. After that, your daughters will love Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Disney Junior Live on Stage. Try to fit anything else in the morning and then take a midday break.
Park - afternoon: Magic Kingdom
Dinner: Crystal Palace with Pooh & Co.
May 26
Park - morning: Magic Kingdom. Extra Magic Hours.
Brunch: monorail over to the Contemporary for Chef Mickeys.
If this is your departure day, then do your thing. If you have a full day to spend in the parks, then park hop over to Animal Kingdom in the afternoon, which has Extra Magic Hours in the evening.
