My husband is missing from my disney experience. Ive tried to add his magic band and it says its on a different profile ( odd because he hasn't got one). Not sure what to do Thanks

    Hello Tracey,

It's wonderful to see you here at planDisney!

It sounds like you're describing that your husband's name might not be displaying in your Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience account. You could also be describing that you're seeing a message like "The ID number is already linked to an account" when you try to link your husband's MagicBand to your account and to your list of MagicBands you manage.

Often when Guests bring questions about the My Disney Experience features to us here at planDisney, I can offer some tips that might help address the issue. In the case of your question, my best suggestion is to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members and talented techies with the Internet Help Desk can help you troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing.

Tracey, by the looks of it, you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in time to enjoy "The World’s Most Magical Celebration" to honor the Resort's 50th anniversary. This is simply fantastic! There are so many exciting plans for special events and special entertainment offerings that look to be breathtaking like Beacons of Magic. I can imagine you're really looking forward to the celebration!

If planDisney panelists can help you out with tips and recommendations for your stay as you make all your plans, please do come back and ask us questions.

Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
