Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Candace! First, I would like to sincerely thank your husband for his service to our country! I am so glad that the Disneyland Resort offers military personnel and their families a chance to visit the parks at a special, promotional price.
Theme park tickets for active and retired United States military personnel may be purchased at a military base ticket office. I also spoke to a Cast Member who informed me that Military Promotional Tickets can also be purchased at a Disneyland Resort ticket window, but only if a military base that sells these tickets is more than 50 miles away from where you live. To locate the nearest base that sells Disney Military Promotional Tickets, please call the Military Ticket Program at (619) 767-6000. Additionally, according to the website, "the actual prices charged at the individual U.S. military base ticket offices for Disney Military Promotional Tickets may be less than the prices set forth in the Offer Highlights." So, it may behoove you to purchase your tickets at the military base if that option is available to you.
There is also military promotional pricing on the Disney
PhotoPass Collection product. This is a phenomenal deal that provides access to all the PhotoPass photos you have taken during your trip.
Finally, don't forget that valid military identification is required to activate these tickets when you enter the park, so make sure to bring that along.
I hope this information was helpful. Have a wonderful time at the Disneyland Resort!
