My husband was military and is a veteran but not active duty or retired so can we still get the military discount on tickets? THANKS!!!

    Hi Jenni!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

Unfortunately, the answer is "no".  I wish that wasn't the case because I'm in actually the same situation.  However, your husband is allowed to stay at the Shades of Green from time to time and you can get a very good rate there.  The Shades of Green is an Armed Forces Recreational Center located in the heart of Walt Disney World and during the year they do make the resort available to veterans.

I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you, but please write back with more questions!
