On behalf of my fellow panelists and me, I'd like to thank your family for their service to our country. I'm so proud of the ways Walt Disney World honors military families, and I'm glad to hear you've taken advantage of a
special ticket offer.
My family and I typically have several tickets linked to our
My Disney Experience account at one time. To make sure we redeem the correct ticket when we enter a theme park, we always stop by Guest Relations or ticket window on our way in, and I recommend you do the same. Let the Cast Member know you would like to
prioritize your tickets, and explain the order in which you would like them to be redeemed. The Cast Member will need to scan a
MagicBand or Key to the World Card for each member of your family, so have these ready to go.
After each entrance, check the Tickets & Passes section of the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to verify that the correct ticket was redeemed, and if you run into any problems, see a Cast Member at Guest Relations before the end of the day. One of my panelist pals accidentally used wrong ticket on a recent visit, and she was able to remedy the situation later that day.
