Hi, Gina!
Let's start with the specifics of the
Disney Dining Plan. The Disney Dining Plan must be added as part of a Magic Your Way
package that includes your room and theme park tickets. All guests staying in the same room must book the same package, so if you and your husband have the Disney Dining Plan, your daughter will need to have it as well. You will need to decide if you all want to be on the Disney Dining Plan, or if you just want to pay as you go for your meals. Either way is fine, but just decide before booking your vacation.
When it comes to dining at
Chef Mickey's at
Disney's Contemporary Resort, there are no a la carte options. It is a buffet only with a set price per guest. There is a child price for those ages 3-9, with guests age 10 and older priced as adults. This will hold true at buffets, dinner shows, or any all-you-care-to eat locations when dining in Walt Disney World.
Hopefully even the pickiest of eaters will find something tasty when dining at Chef Mickey's. As an added bonus, your family will get to meet the "Big Cheese" - Mickey Mouse - and all his pals as they will circulate to your table for pictures and autographs. What a fun way to meet your favorite Disney friends!
Wishing you a magical stay in Walt Disney World!
Cathy
