My husband and I were married at WDW last year and are going back to celebrate our first anniversary. I have a special surprise for him this year: we are going to have a baby! Any ideas on how or where I should give him the news while we are visiting WDW?

    Hi Bess Ann:

What wonderful news and what a great treat to be able to tell your husband while at Disney World.

My first thought would be to present the news high above Disney World on the balloon ride Characters in Flight, a very romantic experience with a breathtaking view of Disney World property and beyond.  The experience is dramatic and breathtaking and gives you both time to enjoy the news in an inspiring environment where your feet are literally off the ground.

Another thought is to take a ride on Peter Pan's Flight and tell your husband as your pirate ship flies over the Darling's nursery when Peter visits Wendy, Michael, and John Darling in the beginning of the attraction.  Then you can enjoy your husband's reaction as you fly off over London.

You can also choose to let your husband in on the news at a special restaurant, such as California Grill atop the Contemporary Resort. California Grill features delicious California Fusion cooking and spectacular views of the Magic Kingdom and the Wishes fireworks show.

    Enjoy this wonderful vacation.
