Hi Kari,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you all have planned a perfect father-daughter moment at
Cinderella's Royal Table! I am thrilled to greet a fellow North Carolinian and incredibly grateful for your husband's service to our country.
As you have guessed, rental lockers would not be the best place to store your husband's uniform. There is a wheel chair rental area near the lockers at Disney's Magic Kingdom theme park. In the past, after renting a locker, I have asked a cast member in that area for help and the person has stored princess dresses on the hangers for us there. Although this is not a guarantee, we have been able to do it twice. The girls just changed in a restroom.
Once your husband and daughter are dressed in their royal attire, I am sure they will enjoy the walk to Cinderella's castle. When our girls have taken this walk in their princess dresses, cast members have always greeted them with "Hello Princess" and our girls have just beamed. Be sure to stop by and take a photo with a
Disney PhotoPass photographer and use your own camera to get a quick video of that walk to the castle.
There are also a number of
Enchanting Extras experiences you could enjoy. I have just gone on the
Caring for Giants tour and am taking my family on our next visit. It was one of the tours that fit within our budget. I know our girls will love getting to see baby elephant Stella up close!
Kari, I do hope this answer gets to you in time!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
