Hi Jeff,
Welcome to planDisney!
I am happy to see that you all are using My Disney Experience! My husband and I had a similar dilemma although ours was slightly different. My husband's profile was attached to an old My Disney Experience account that he no longer used. We wanted to create an account profile for him that I managed through my account. At the time, we had several
resort hotel,
dining, and
Disney Park Pass system reservations plus we had Annual Passes. I contacted a Cast Member by phone who helped me make sure all of his reservations were connected to the right profile once we set up a new My Disney Experience account for him.
So, I would suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support, especially if you have a few different kinds of reservations. Just be sure to ask for a Cast Member in Website Support. When you create your own account, you all will need to connect to each other via the
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. To connect, I suggest you select the option to send an email to connect and just make sure that you use the email addresses associated with each other's My Disney Experience accounts.
Jeff, note that you should also speak with the Cast Member about any MagicBands and tickets linked in your husband's existing My Disney Experience account. After you get that sorted out, I hope you have planned the
matching gear for your next trip! At the very least, pack your supersuits and get ready for an
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
