Husband and I are making our 1st trip to disney alone. Want to upgrade. Normally stay at POR or POFQ. Looking at Boardwalk Inn and BC. Which is better? What about the villas? I am not a DVC member.

    Hi Sheryl!

The Boardwalk is a good resort, but the Beach Club is a spectacular resort. I definitely recommend picking the Beach Club over the boardwalk. The Beach Club is much closer to Epcot and you can easily walk there in about 5 minutes. The Beach Club is also more compact than the Boardwalk which is rather spread out. In my opinion the Boardwalk can also be noisy at night due to the restaurants and nighttime entertainment there. Finally, there is Stormalong Bay, the feature pool at the Beach Club. It is fabulous; my two boys can easily spend half a day there swimming and playing in the sand.

Good luck with your decision and please write back with more questions.
