My husband and I are making our first trip to WDW w/ our twin daughters age 5 the week of Easter. Is this a crowded time?  Would you recommend staying in a resort that has access to the monorail or are other transportation methods just as quick?

Hi, Easter is a busy time, but more because its Spring Break for many schools on the east coast.  Walt Disney World seems to be a popular vacation hub.  If you can get reservations, I definitely would recommend one of the Resorts that are serviced by the Monorail.  You will of course need to take a Bus to Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, the Water Parks along with Hollywood Studios.  The Monorail will transport you and your family to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Polynesian, Contemporary, and the Grand Floridian.  You could also take a Ferry from the Grand Floridian, Polynesian and the Contemporary to the Magic Kingdom, thought that mode of transportation will not be quite as fast.  Have a great first visit!!!
