My husband and I are making our first and probably only trip to DW for 6 dayswith no extra funds to do "backstage tours". What would you suggest we absolutely not miss while we are there and any other suggestions for a young couple

    Hi Sheila!

    Thanks for your question.

One must-do event that you can do with hubby that doesn't cost more than the price of admission is the Fantasmic! show at Hollywood Studios. This show is an epic water/cinema/play/special effects extravaganza that all ages will definitely enjoy. Starring Sorcerer Mickey, be dazzled by the cool effects and perhaps seeing some of your favorite Disney characters battle the cabal of Disney villains..

Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is the grand finale of Magic Kingdom, a show that carries a number of adjectives depending on perspective: exciting, wondrous...ROMANTIC :-) Watching this fireworks show is a fantastic experience and a chance to be close to your loved one...

On the subject of fireworks: Illuminations takes you on a global voyage and also stands as a very entertaining fireworks show. You can enjoy this around closing at Epcot.

Also, if you're staying at a resort, Disney resorts always have very cool activities guests can partake in. For example, if you were staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, they have night viewing of wildlife with the use of night goggles. Very cool and doesn't cost extra. Pool activities young couples can enjoy, as well as meet other guests, and much more!

So, I hope this gives you some extra ideas. And hopefully this won't be the last, but the first of many Disney vacations!

    Take Care!
