My husband and I both have Magic Bands but our children do not like to have anything on their wrists. Can I use the Disney app to get them into the parks? If so, how does that work?

Hi Melissa! Welcome back to planDisney.

Oh Boy! Sounds like a festive holiday treat is in store for the whole family. You are arriving in time to catch the last few days of tinsel and Christmas cheer at Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to indulge in some of the specially themed treats throughout the Disney Resorts Collection hotels. You can read all about them in Disney Eats Festive Foodie Guide to Resorts at Walt Disney World Resort.

You can absolutely create your children a Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. First, make sure your tickets are linked under "Tickets and Passes" in the app. Got it? Great, let's move on. Click on "Disney MagicMobile" and tap the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner. You will select each child's name, select a unique style to help identify each pass easily, follow the prompts, and submit. I advise you to save each pass to your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. At the gates, because you will have multiple passes on your phone, you will need to pull up each individually for each child to scan for entry. Alternatively, stop by any Ticket Booth located outside of every park or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs for a complimentary ticket card. You should have proof of purchase, photo identification, and the original form of payment handy for pickup.

Do not miss the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Stop by the many Holiday Kitchens for festive treats. Are you wondering what your children might like to do at EPCOT? Well, my pal, Lisa shares seven reasons why her little girl loves EPCOT in this Disney Parks Blog Post.
