Hi Angela,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to see you dropping by with a great question!
Let me first say that am thrilled to hEAR that your husband is making the trip even though he will not be able to go to every theme park. My husband hangs with the girls and me for much of the time but for other times, he heads back to the room and enjoys a rest. If you book a vacation package, everyone on that reservation has to have the same type of ticket and same number of ticket days.
A second option would be to book the
resort hotel and
theme park tickets separately. If you book separately, you could purchase tickets for your husband for the few days he will be in the parks and you could purchase different tickets for the rest of the party. Just be sure to compare the vacation package price with the price of purchasing the resort hotel and theme park tickets separately.
As you make plans, be sure to link your resort hotel and theme park tickets in your
My Disney Experience account. Once those are linked, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Make park pass reservations for each Guest in your party for each day they have valid theme park admission.
Angela, I also suggest that you review the
Services for Guests with Disabilities. Explore all of the supports that your husband could potentially receive and check out the Guides for Guests with Disabilities. Remember to make
advanced dining reservations to ensure that your family has some guaranteed times to dine. Happy planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
