My husband and I are looking forward to our trip to Disney World - my first! We have an 8:05 am reservation for breakfast at Oga’s but are staying off-property so don’t have access to EMH. The park opens at 9... will we be allowed in for our reservation?

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian.

I can hardly wait to finally get the chance to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in a few weeks and one of the first places I intend to check out is Oga’s Cantina.

Extra Magic Hours are a great perk for Guests staying at Disney Resort Hotels or at a few Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels. If you’re planning to stay somewhere that doesn’t have access to these special hours, however, you’ll only be able to enter the park when it officially opens at 9:00 am, even if you have a dining reservation.

If you can’t move your reservation as of right now, please keep checking back for availability! I find that lots of dining reservations tend to pop up the day before, so don’t give up. You’ll likely be able to find the perfect replacement reservation so that you can enjoy all that Oga has to offer her patrons!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
