    My husband has linked our tickets to his MDE app, and has included us as a group, but I can’t seem to add them to mine. We have tried scanning barcodes and entering ticket numbers, but can’t get them added. How can we get them on multiple accounts please?

    Hi Clare, welcome to planDisney. Thanks for bringing your question here today, and let's try and get your My Disney Experience Account working as merrily as the Walt Disney World Railroad around Magic Kingdom Park. 

    You may only link tickets once in My Disney Experience, which I believe is why you're running into some issues. Hakuna Matata, Clare - it means no worries. You can always view and plan with family and friends across different My Disney Experience Accounts by ensuring your whole party connects as Family & Friends in My Disney Experience. 

    Select Add a Guest in your Family & Friends List and follow the prompts to connect. Once the email invitation is accepted, you can make plans together, like booking a virtual queue, and you will see all shared plans - such as dining reservations. You may also like to know that you can reassign an used ticket to a person on your Family & Friends list by locating the Ticket in My Disney Experience, and selecting 'Reassign Ticket'. 

    My Disney Experience is one of the most helpful tools to navigate Walt Disney World. It's like having a virtual planner on your phone with up-to-date wait times. You can mobile order and even input your day's preferences, and a unique suggested itinerary based on the latest park data is created for your group, for free, using the complimentary Disney Genie Service. It's a tool worth familiarising yourself with ahead of the adventure. One other tip, as My Disney Experience is such a handy resource; I suggest bringing along a power bank for your phone.
