My husband and I have linked each other's accounts so we can share plans on the app. He did the initial ticket purchase and account set up, and he has me set for "share all plans". I can't see the 4 guests for our park admissions, why?

Hey there, hi there, Valerie! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney, and I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a great question.

Since you have your My Disney Experience accounts set up, your Theme Park Tickets purchased and you and your husband are now connected via your Family & Friends List, it sounds as if your planning is off to a practically perfect start! But with so much to do, see and taste on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I know that sometimes the planning can feel as confusing as it is magical. That's what we at planDisney are here for, and I'm thrilled to help you tie up your loose ends so you can sit back, relax, and start your countdown to the magic.

If you cannot see the tickets for your other Guests on your My Disney Experience account, I suspect that you and the Guests are not yet connected via your Family & Friends list. Since it sounds as if your husband is the manager of the plans, if the Guests are children, he will have to give permission for you to also manage plans for the kiddos. To do that, log in to your My Disney Experience account, hover over the My Disney Experience tab and click "My Family & Friends." Scroll down and click "Add a Guest" and then select "Find through my connected Guests." Select the kiddos you'd like to add, and your husband should then receive an email to accept the invitation and approve you as another manager of the kids' plans.

If the other Guests are adults, I find that the easiest way to connect to family and friends and start making plans together is on the My Disney Experience app. Start by having your Guests log in to their My Disney Experience app, tap the three-line menu icon at the bottom, scroll down and tap "My Profile" and then "Show My Linking Code." Have them screenshot and send you their temporary, unique QR code for you to scan or manually enter.

Once you have all of the Guests connected on your Family & Friends list, tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile on the My Disney Experience app to see everyone's tickets and the "Future Plans" tile to see all of your upcoming pixie-dusted plans. If you are still having issues viewing the plans, I suggest that you contact a Cast Member with My Disney Experience and MagicBands. They will also be more than happy to help!

I hope this helps, Valerie, and I hope you have an unforgettable vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!

    Blue skies and sunshine,

    Mandy
