Anne, I'm happy to help you to prepare for a holiday filled with enchantment and wonder.

    The My Disney Experience mobile app is a fantastic resource that helps Guests to enjoy a seamless theme park experience. It sounds like your husband has linked your family's theme park tickets to his Disney account in My Disney Experience. If other members of your family are hoping to access their theme park tickets and utilize the My Disney Experience mobile app from their own devices, I encourage you to link your accounts via your Family & Friends Lists. Once connected, your husband will be able to reassign your family's theme park tickets to their respective owners. Additionally, you'll be able to include one another in plans like Disney Genie+ service purchases, dining reservations, and Lightning Lane entry selections! Remember, theme park reservations are still currently required for Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, so if you haven't already, be sure to make those reservations before you arrive.

    Anne, if you're still experiencing technical difficulties once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, I recommend stopping by a theme park ticket booth or other Guest Relations location for additional assistance. The friendly Cast Members there will ensure your family has the appropriate entitlements and access to enter the theme parks!

    One of my favorite features within the My Disney Experience mobile app is the ability to mobile order food and beverages within the theme parks and at the Disney Resort hotels. This tool allows Guests to choose food and beverage items from select locations, select an arrival time, pay for, and pick up their order - all within the mobile app! When my family visits the theme parks, we place a mobile food and beverage order in the morning so that, when lunchtime rolls around, we can head straight to the dining location and quickly pick up our order. (Our favorite location to mobile order from is Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe at Magic Kingdom Park - we recommend the Chicken Nachos!)
