Disney PhotoPass photos captured by your husband on your account. Since adjusting the view settings in your account did not work, my diagnosis is that a setting adjustment is needed in your husband's My Disney Experience account.
From the
Family and Friends list of your husband's My Disney Experience account, click "Update" next to your name and check the "My Disney PhotoPass Photos" box. This adjustment can currently only be made online, not in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Refresh your Disney PhotoPass webpage or restart the My Disney Experience mobile app, and his photos should automagically appear.
