My husband and I have left over tickets on wrist bands. How do we find out how many days are left on them and how do we make reservations using those bands?

Hey there, Nancy. Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question.

I always think it is so exciting when Guests stop by to talk about old Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets that they've come across. What a fun surprise! Nancy, since I don't have a lot of details about your particular tickets I am going to direct you to speak to someone in Guest Relations about converting your tickets. To do this you can call (407) 939-1289 and a Cast Member will be more than happy to take a look at those tickets and let you know all of the options that you have. Depending on when you purchased your tickets and what particular ticket type you have, there are different options for you. The good news is that Walt Disney World does continue to honor all unexpired Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets with remaining days on them so if you fall into that category you are in luck! Please keep in mind that new Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets do have updated rules regarding the expiration dates so depending on when you purchased your tickets, you may fall into this category as well.

Here's a breakdown of the new expiration date system:

1-day – The ticket expires on the selected start date.
2-day – The ticket expires 4 days after the selected start date.
3-day – The ticket expires 5 days after the selected start date.
4-day – The ticket expires 7 days after the selected start date.
5-day – The ticket expires 8 days after the selected start date.
6-day – The ticket expires 9 days after the selected start date.
7-day – The ticket expires 10 days after the selected start date.
8-day – The ticket expires 12 days after the selected start date.
9-day – The ticket expires 13 days after the selected start date.
10-day – The ticket expires 14 days after the selected start date.

I have my fingers crossed that your tickets will still be valid for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation in May. That would just be such a happy surprise. If you have other questions about this, or anything else please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help!

    Sending you some pixie dust!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
