My husband and I are leaving for Disney on March 17 with our daughter (18 months) along with my mom and step dad. We live in South Carolina and the weather here is kinda iffy. What should the weather be like there and what should we pack for clothes?

    Hi Whitney!

Well, since you are leaving on St. Patty's Day, I say wear your favorite, green Mickey t-shirt!  Just kidding!

The weather in central Florida in mid-March tends to be mild, with potential for a few chilly mornings and evenings.  The average high temperature reaches the low 80s, with lows in the high 50s.  I'd recommend packing a light jacket/sweatshirt for everyone in your party.  In addition, I'd recommend dressing in layers.  When we travel at this time of year, my kids usually start out with short sleeves under a sweatshirt, and end up with the sweatshirt tied around their waists by mid-morning.  I'm guessing your little princess will be cruising the parks in her favorite stroller, so I'd suggest bringing along a light blanket to cover her up in case it's a bit chillier than normal in the mornings or evenings. Don't forget your hats and sunglasses, along with either a portable umbrella or ponchos for everyone in the event of rain.

    Have a magical trip!
