Hi David!
Congratulations! It's always a magical experience to attend conferences at Walt Disney World Resort. I've had the opportunity to attend a couple myself and would definitely do it again. The days are usually packed with knowledge and the evenings filled with Disney fun.
Unfortunately, I do not know of a service that will take your children into the parks while you attend the conference, but you can call the
Kid's Nite Out Childcare Service to have someone watch them at the resort until you are free. The caregivers are very experienced and even show up with age appropriate toys, games and activities to keep your kiddos busy and having a blast.
Another option I've found while attending a conference is that sometimes there are other Guests of the conference who have brought another who wouldn't mind lending a helping hand. There are also conferences which arrange special child care options during their sessions, so double check with the conference host to see if that's a possibility.
Have a magical conference, David, and a wonderful time making Disney memories with your family. As always, please come back and see us again soon if there is anything else we are able to help you with.
Pixie Dust,
Lauren
