Hi Jessica! Welcome to planDisney.
Gawrsh! First, I am so very sorry your husband is hospitalized. I am Wishing Upon a Star for a quick recovery and return to
The World's Most Magical Celebration. I hope you can get back in time to enjoy the 18-month celebration. When you return, the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection will be waiting to greet you.
Without knowing exactly what kind of reservations you have, I will offer a few suggestions. For
Disney Resorts Collection hotels and vacation packages, some may be
modified online. Sign in to your
My Disney Experience Account and select "My Plans." Scroll down to find your reservation. If you see a "Change Reservation" tab, click on it and follow the prompts to select new dates. If this option is not available, you will need to call (407) 934-7639. Wait times have been rather long, I suggest calling late or early in the day.
Now, if you have purchased your
Theme Park Tickets separate from your hotel stay, you will want to change the start date of your tickets. Here is the
Theme Park Availability Calendar to verify your dates are open. Grab your smartphone, open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes," locate your ticket, and select "Change Ticket." Again, follow the instructions and choose a new date. If there is a difference in cost, submit payment. Now, I want you to immediately go to the
Disney Park Pass Reservation page and secure those dates. If you need to speak to a Cast Member for assistance, please call the
Existing Tickets Help Center or utilize the chat feature online or through the app.
I am sending virtual Pixie Dust to you and your husband for good health and prosperity. Many thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your Disney vacation question. I hope, my answer covered your situation well. If I missed anything, please feel free to drop another question at any time. We are here to help.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
