My husband and I are hoping to bring our 3 kids aged 10.8 and 7 to Disney next year. What is the best time of year to come and can you suggest hotels that have rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. Thanks in advance

    Hi Paula,

It's so nice to see a question from someone who lives in Lancashire like me!

When isn't a good time to visit Walt Disney World? Just kidding, if you are hoping to visit when there are lower crowds then I would have to advise you to avoid the school holidays in both the UK and the USA. These are without doubt the busiest times of the year. Another thing to take into consideration is the weather, for instance during our 6-week school summer holidays, it is extremely hot and you could expect frequent downpours of rain.

My family like to visit during September and October as a preference whenever possible. We have always found the weather to be lovely and warm with a minimal amount of rain and the parks to be fairly quiet at this time of year. It also allows us to attend our favourite special event Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

You can find out about which Disney Resorts have rooms which will accommodate five guests or more by clicking HERE.

I hope that this information has been of help. Please feel free to visit us again if we can be of any further help.

    Wishing you a magical holiday!
