Greetings, Valaura!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your fantastic question. I commend you for choosing to maintain a healthy lifestyle while on your vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Even though there are endless decadent eats and treats around the parks, there are still plenty of delicious healthy options as well. My number one pick for a casual meal or snack is
Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland Park which offers lean meat and vegetable skewers. In Disney California Adventure Park, I have had fresh and flavorful meals at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill and Paradise Garden Grill. For a romantic dining experience, I recommend Napa Rose in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This menu features an array of sustainable options, and menu items can be customized just for your needs and tastes. I recently had a beautifully prepared fish and vegetable dish here that was so delicious I didn't even miss the carbs. Don't also forget that one of the most iconic Disneyland Resort treats, Dole Whip, is non-dairy and a lower calorie option than many other dessert items.
If you are also keeping with an active lifestyle, there are some amazing experiences available to Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests. In the mornings you can take part in the complimentary "Get Up & Go Powerwalk" which lets you jump start your day through Disney California Adventure Park prior to park opening. There are also group fitness classes offered in the mornings at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa as well as a fantastic fitness center.
I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. I hope your trip is practically perfect in every way!
