My husband and I am having a nightmare with linking our tickets to our accounts. Who can we contact to help us?

Hey Howdy Hey Aimee and welcome to planDisney!

I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. Technology is always great until it does not work as it is intended to, right? Hakuna Matata Aimee, let's review a few things and then get you to where you need to be.

Depending on where you bought your tickets from, this might give you a place to start. There are many third-party companies out there that can sell tickets to Walt Disney World Resort, sometimes through workplaces and sometimes at a discount even. If you purchased your tickets through a third-party, you may have gotten, or are waiting to receive an email confirmation. Sometimes third-party companies will send you their confirmation of the purchase and then another email with the confirmation from Walt Disney World separate, which you will need to link your tickets. Make sure you have your Walt Disney World confirmation number when linking them to your account.

Now a few other options. When it comes to linking your tickets to your account, I am not sure why, but sometimes these steps will not work through the app and need to be done online through your My Disney Experience account. After you go through the steps to link your tickets, you might also have to log out completely and log back in to get them to appear in your account. This should happen instantaneously, but sometimes there is a lag time to get them to show up in your account.

If all else fails, giving Disney a ring would be the next step to getting this all sorted out. You can reach them at freephone 0800 16 90 730 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you through this process.

Make sure after you have your tickets linked to your account you book your Theme Park Reservations as well. These are free to do and are also required for entry into the parks, so make sure you get them booked early to avoid any issues.

Best of luck getting your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account and hopefully once all the bugs get worked out, you have a fun experience planning your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Please let us know if you have any further questions, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
