    My husband and I want to go on Expedition Everest (together) but our almost 4yo and 5yo are too little. Can we put them into child care at the Animal Kingdom Resort just for the time it takes us to do the rollercoaster? What do they do in Child care?

    Hi Janet! Simba's Cubhouse is the children's activity center at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Childcare is offered for children ages 4 - 12 and children must be potty trained. Operating hours are from 4:30 pm - Midnight. Activities include video games, Disney movies, arts and crafts, and board games. You will need to check the hours of operation for Animal Kingdom Park to be certain to have time to drop of the children at 4:30 pm and still have time to enjoy a few hours at the park. You can contact Simba's Cubhouse at 407-938-4785 for detailed reservation information. 

    Disney also recommends Kid's Nite Out.  This service is available 24 hours a day for in-room childcare or you can even hire a "sitter" to accompany your family to the parks. Please call Kid's Nite Our at 1-800-696-8105 for rates and applicable fees. Enjoy Expedition Everest!
