My husband and I are getting ready for our first trip to Disney World together! We are flying to Orlando International airport and staying in the parks. How do we schedule the Magic Express bus service to our hotel? Is it an issue that we'll arrive ~9pm?

    Hi Emily,

It is always fun to hear from a fellow Bay Stater! I hope this vacation is the start of a lifetime of magical Disney memories together. To make reservations for Disney’s Magical Express, you'll want to call:
    (407) 939-1936. Please be sure to have your flight information and resort confirmation number handy when you call.

One thing to keep in mind with an arrival later in the evening, it can take up to three hours for your luggage to be delivered to your resort room. Therefore, if you would like your bags that night, but you don't want to stay up until past midnight, you will want to pick your luggage up at baggage claim yourself instead of using the yellow claim tags. In fact, if your flight lands past 10:00 PM, you need collect your luggage at baggage claim to bring with you on the motorcoach anyway.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
