Hi! My husband and I are flying down very late at night and staying off site at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista and then transferring to Pop Century. Since the Hilton is so close to Disney springs are we able to roll our bigger luggage through Disney Springs?

    Heigh-ho, Kaetlan!

It's off to Walt Disney World you go! You must be so excited that your magical adventure is almost here. In just a few short weeks, you'll be checking into the grooviest hotel around - Disney's Pop Century Resort. Totally tubular! Let's discuss moving your belongings from one hotel to another.

You are welcome to walk from your Disney Springs Area Hotel to Disney Springs, and you can even bring a few suitcases with you, so long as they are smaller than the maximum size allowed in the theme parks and Disney Springs (24" long x 15" wide x 18" high). The problem is, I'm afraid you'll be stuck once you're ready to head to Disney's Pop Century Resort, as no luggage of any type is permitted on Walt Disney World Resort bus transportation.

Rather than toting your belongings into Disney Springs, I recommend taking a ride share directly to Disney's Pop Century Resort when you depart your offsite hotel. If housekeeping is still preparing your room upon arrival, leave your luggage with Bell Services (outside and directly to the right of the main entrance to the lobby), and feel free to enjoy the resort, theme parks, or Disney Springs while you wait. Quick tip: if you complete online check-in before arrival, you'll receive a text when your room is ready. You can go directly to your room without stopping by the front desk. It's pretty magical!

I hope this is helpful! Best wishes for a memorable vacation next month, and if there's anything else we at planDisney can do to make it even better, don't hesitate to reach out again.

Have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow,
    Betsy

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
