Hi, Roberta, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I'm so excited for you to visit the Walt Disney World Resort with your granddaughter! There really is nothing like experiencing the magic through the eyes of our precious little ones.
As Florida residents, you and your husband can purchase
Florida Resident Tickets for yourselves and for your granddaughter. Each adult who wishes to use a Florida Resident Ticket, however, must show
proof of Florida residency before the tickets can be activated and used, so you won't be able to buy them for your son and daughter-in-law. Disney does have some other deals you can take a look at on the
Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website, especially if you're planning a stay at a Disney Resort hotel as part of your visit.
Also, do be aware that we Floridians do not have a discount on
1-Day Tickets. Since you'll be visiting this month, your best bet for yourself, your husband, and your granddaughter would be the
Florida Resident Discover Disney 3-Day or 4-Day Tickets. You just need to purchase the tickets by June 27, 2019, and use them by June 30, so you still have time to get in on this great deal!
While you're making plans, be sure to check out Disney's helpful
planning guide for parents (and grandparents!) of young children. It's full of ideas to help make the most of your magical visit.
Roberta, I hope this helps you plan your family's Walt Disney World vacation. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
