Hello, my husband has a Florida driving license and so we would like to come to the park with resident pases. We are awaiting my visa and so I don’t have proof of residency yet. If we show our marriage license would we both be able to use resident passes?

Welcome to planDisney, Chloe. Oh, to be a Florida resident and avail of all its Walt Disney World perks. You're living my Disney dream!

Assuming your husband's Floridian driving license includes a Florida address, he can verify his residency online, so you can skip Guest Relations and go straight to the parks! Fill out the 'Your Florida Resident Information' form upon check-out when you purchase tickets through Disneyworld.com or complete the 'Customize Your Tickets' step if buying through the My Disney Experience App.

It sounds like you don't have a driving license or other valid Florida state-issued ID card. Additional evidence of your Floridian residency is accepted as long as the document is dated within the past 2 months, along with some photo ID such as your passport. Acceptable documents include bills or banking correspondence. You must only provide proof of the same residential address as your husband.

Chloe, I hope this information helps and that you and your husband make a lifetime of magical memories together at Walt Disney World. I'll be here should you have any further questions. Have a magical day, Louise.
