Me and my husband will be going on our first cruise on the Disney Dream in August 2011. We are going on the 5 day Bahama Cruise. I would like to get my husband a spa treatment, this would be a Christmas gift. How can I go this if I

    Hi Pam,

What a wonderful idea!  Since this is your first voyage, you will have the opportunity to book spa treatments 75 days prior to sailing.  Unfortunately this doesn't allow you to have the gift booked by Christmas, but it doesn't mean you can't make it a special surprise!

First off, if you haven't already browsed the selection of spa treatments available now would be a great time to do so.  Once you've determined about how much you can expect to spend on the gift I suggest purchasing a Disney Gift Card for that amount.  Although it isn't a "spa" specific card, your husband will be able to apply this gift card to the stateroom account to pay for his treatment.  Finally, using the information available online, you could create a card or "notice" for him to include with the gift card at Christmas so he knows what to expect.

    Happy shopping!
