My husband just did the experience at Sabi's lightsaber workshop on May 3rd, his lightsaber switch is now faulty. It won't turn off without us deconstructing the handle. Is there a way to get a replacement piece?

    Bright Suns, Carrie!

I know that your husband must love his Savi's Workshop Handbuilt Lightsaber! I had the opportunity to build a Lightsaber at Savi's Workshop with my son and his wife on my Disney vacation in November 2021, and I can tell you firsthand that it was amazing! It was a Star Wars religious experience!

I am sorry to hear that the Dark Side has influenced the operation of your husband's Lightsaber switch. You can contact the Walt Disney World Online Merchandise Guest Support Center at 1-877-560-6477 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday) or email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com to see if you can receive a replacement switch.

May the Force be with you in your galactic quest to restore your husband's Lightsaber to its former glory! Til' the Spire!
