    My husband and I enjoy running and are considering doing a half marathon together in DisneyWorld. However, we aren't sure if there are options for my 2 kids (aged 8 & 10 now) to cheer us on in a supervised area. Any thoughts/ideas?

    I'm excited to hear you and your Prince Charming are interested in participating in a runDisney half marathon. I think you will find no race series available that is as magical as runDisney. 

    As a mother of three, I'm well aware of the need to work out childcare logistics when race-actioning to the most magical place on earth, it can be stressful, but I am here to help.

    Unfortunately, there are no supervised areas for children that would allow them to spectate the race. Your best option is to enlist the services of Kid's Nite Out, an in-room childcare provider endorsed by Disney. This service is available 24/7 and is the perfect solution for parents wishing to run together. With a 2:30am wake-up call, a 3:15am bus ride to the start zone and a start time that will vary according to your corral placement, you can have peace of mind that your children are safe and well cared for while you enjoy your race.     I would also love to know which race(s) you are interested in participating in. And don't forget, runDisney offers races for the whole family. You could get your children involved too!
