My husband and I have Enchanted passes. They are linked to my Disney account; however, in the park, sometimes he needs access for shops or mobile ordering. Can he have our passes on his phone? Does he create his own account or log in with mine?

    Hi there, Julie!

This is very similar to the situation in my family. All of our Magic Key passes are linked primarily to my account. My wife also has her own Disneyland Resort account. She has linked our Magic Key passes to her account as well. That way, she can use the Disney Genie+ service to book Lightning Lane return times for our party and use the app to show her pass when requesting Magic Key discounts at dining and shopping locations.

Members of your party age 13 or older are allowed to make their own online Disney profile. Then, each account holder may then log into their account in the Disneyland mobile app. To link tickets and Magic Key passes to a Guest’s account, go to the “Tickets and Passes” screen from the ☰ feature menu. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button (tap the ‘+’ button in the upper right corner if it isn’t displayed) to link a pass. The device camera may be used to scan a ticket or pass displayed on another device.

I hope you and your husband have a magical time visiting the Disneyland Resort with your Enchant Key passes, Julie. If you have any more questions for us at planDisney, we hope to see ya’ real soon!
