My husband now has to eat low sodium foods. We have a trip planned in May and are worried about him eating too much salt. Any advice or experience with eating low sodium? There are no special menus like there are for food allergies; doing quick service

Hello Julie! So glad to have you visit us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Walt Disney World Resort wants to ensure that every Guest has an enjoyable visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. This includes accommodating lifestyle and food choices, including low sodium diets. One of the things that my wife and I really enjoy doing prior to a visit is checking out all of the menus for the restaurants we are considering during our vacation. You can find menus for all Walt Disney World Resort restaurants by visiting any restaurant of choice on the Walt Disney World Resort website. My wife is a (much) healthier eater than I am and she is always able to find restaurants with good options for healthy eaters.

Julie, you are always welcome to contact the Special Diets team for any assistance that you may need in accommodating your husband's dietary needs. The Special Diets team can be reached at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.
