Hi Valerie!!
Thank you so much for the direct question! I am happy to offer you some first trip memory ideas!
I would first invite you to look at the
Disney Floral & Gifts website. A suggestion I would make is to have a room celebration waiting on your family when you check into your hotel room (if you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.) What better way to start a first Walt Disney World Vacation than to walk in and see a room that looks like it has been decorated by Mickey himself!
Another experience I would suggest is to take your family on the
Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage. This is a special tour experience that takes you on a cruise out in the middle of the Seven Seas Lagoon to view Wishes Fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. My family recently did this and it was such a magical experience. There are complimentary snacks and drinks before you leave on the boat and you even have special visits with Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, and Peter Pan!
If your husband is an avid golfer, I would suggest booking him a tee time at one of the beautiful, world class
Walt Disney World Golf Courses. You can even rent clubs at the golf course so you do not have to bring any golf clubs with you! Many people don't think about playing golf when they are on a Disney Vacation, but the opportunity to play on courses like those at Disney do not happen very often!
I hope that this has given you a few ideas of what to do to make your husband's first Walt Disney World Vacation a memorable one. Please feel free to send me any other questions you might have! I look forward to sharing with you in your Disney Vacation Planning!
Have a magical day!
Scott
