Hi Amber, Happy anniversary! My husband and I often celebrate at Walt Disney World, so I've got a few ideas to share. For a romantic dinner, here are a few of our favorites: California Grill atop the Contemporary -- Our No. 1 go-to celebration restaurant. Great food, great view of Magic Kingdom and the Wishes fireworks. Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian -- Also offers a nice view of Wishes. Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge --Love the Pacific Northwest vibe and food. A close second to California Grill for us. Jiku at Animal Kingdom Lodge -- Delicious food and a chance to see the animals on the savanna. Awesome wine list. Some other ideas for special activities: Consider a special events at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. They range from inexpensive culinary and beverage seminars (about $15 each) to the extravagant Party for the Senses (about $150 each). We've done many of the events and always have a good experience, plus learn something. I also highly recommend the Epcot Wine School. The event schedule should be posted in late summer on the Food and Wine Festival site. You may think Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is just for kids, but I know adults who plan their costumes all year long. The special parade and fireworks are terrific, and I can't remember the last time I laughed as much as I did last year trick-or-treating with my Moms Panel friends. The Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom ranks as one of my top Disney adventures. It's fun and educational, and it's a great bonding experience. I'm terrified of heights, but conquered my fear on the swinging bridge and can't wait to do it again. I'm limited on space, but I hope that gives you a few ideas. Please write back if I can give you other suggestions or elaborate on these. Enjoy! Wilma
