My husband and I are going to Disney Nov/December. We were wondering what time is the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular Fireworks? Is this something new? We never heard of it before.

    Hi Mary,

It's great to speak to a fellow Rhode Islander! Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is not particularly new. You probably just know it as the fireworks over Cinderella Castle. The show is generally prior to park closing. It varies each day, so check your daily park guide for the exact time. Most nights in November it seems as though it is scheduled for 9:00pm.

Something that is relatively new is Celebrate The Magic, a show that projects images onto Cinderella Castle. It's absolutely stunning! You can usually view this right before, and sometimes right after the fireworks. For example, on Monday November 18th Celebrate The Magic is at 8:45 and 9:35 with Wishes at 9:00.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
