My husband and I are going to Disney May 21-28. Our plane arrives at about 3:20pm and we are taking ME. Our hotel is All star Music. We have a reservation for Planet Hollywood at 5:30pm. Is this too close of time to make it to our reservation?

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

I am thrilled to hear about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  May is just around the corner and will be knocking on your door real soon, so we better get started.

In my opinion, you are cutting it real close.  By the time you retrieve your luggage, make your way to Disney's Magical Express, and travel time to your Walt Disney World Resort, approximately one and a half hours have passed.  You will then need to check-in at your resort.  I am sure you will want to make your way to your room to drop your luggage off and freshen-up.  You are looking at 5:00 p.m. by the time this is all done.  You would then need to board a bus to make your way to Downtown Disney West Side.  I would highly recommend pushing your reservation to 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.  This way, you do not feel the stress of making your reservation on time.  Not a great way to begin your MAGICAL vacation.  I hope this helps.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to help our guests plan the vacation of a lifetime. May your vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories!

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON"!
