My husband and I are going to Disney to celebrate my birthday. We booked a little late in the game, but I really wanted to have breakfast at Cinderella's royal table, and it's now booked. Any tips or suggestions for dining w/ Cinderella?

Dining with Cinderella at her castle is probably the most coveted reservation at WDW, but don't give up!  I'd continue to call back and keep checking for availability, especially once you arrive at WDW.  Just stop at the restaurant podium and let them know you are a party of 2 hoping to celebrate your birthday with Cinderella during your trip; maybe they'll know of a recent cancellation.  I like to think it is much easier to squeeze in a party of 2 than a party of 5.

A second option for you is 1900 Park Fare (dinner and breakfast) at the Grand Floridian, a truly princess resort!  Cinderella and Prince Charming are usually there along with her stepmother and stepsisters.

As a back-up plan, how about dinner at the castle?  You'll still be able to enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the castle; it will truly make you feel like a princess on your special day.  The Fairy Godmother will be there, too, to wish you Happy Birthday!

Would you be willing to dine with some other princesses?  Epcot's Akershus Royal Banquet Hall has many princesses and a beautiful setting, too.

Have a wonderful and happy birthday.  I hope you get your birthday wish to eat with Cinderella!
