My husband is a disabled veteran(not 100 percent). He has access to disney tickets for the military. Would we be able to use them at the park?

Hey there, hi there, Sarah! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy you stopped by to bring us your ticket question!

As a military spouse myself, I want to take a second to thank your husband and your family for their service. We salute you! Our family really appreciates the opportunity to get discounted tickets and special offers through the military base ticket offices. If your husband has access to the military base ticket offices to purchase tickets, there should be options for discounted Disneyland tickets. There is a Disney Military Promotional Ticket offer also available to active and retired military members, as well as 100 percent disabled veterans. These tickets require a military ID to be provided when using them for the first time, as well as some other specific ticket details. The military base ticket office should be able to point out which tickets you would qualify for. There are also tickets available through GovX.com if you have access, which is convenient if you can't easily get to a base ticket office.

It does look like you are thinking about visiting in 2026. You should be able to purchase the standard discounted tickets from the ticket office for next year, but I would double-check what the expiration dates are for those. The Disney Military Promotional Tickets are only for 2025 currently. I also always check out the special offers going on. Although if you are looking for 2026 tickets, special offers probably won't show up until later in the year. I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog. This will be your go-to for all the latest updates and announcements that will help when you're planning your visit.

Sarah, I hope this information helps you get the planning started! You know where to find us for any other questions you have!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
