My husband is disabled and feels he is only up to one day in the park. I have heard only one ride per day is currently allowed for your newest rides, Spider-Man and Star Wars. I just wanted to check, do we have to choose one or can he ride both? Thank you

    Hi Jill,

Welcome to planDisney! This is a great question, and I'm so glad you stopped by!

First things first, since Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is in Disneyland Park and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure is in Disney California Adventure Park, do you guys have Park Hopper tickets? They'll be required if you'd like to attempt to do both attractions in one day! If so, great! You'll be able to access the virtual queue for the attraction that's in the theme park where your reservation is at 7:00 AM. Be sure to bring your fast fingers because spots will go quickly! If you can get a boarding group, HOORAY! Enjoy your ride! If you experience the attraction before noon, you'll be able to attempt to join the boarding group for the other attraction at 12:00 PM sharp. You'll be able to begin park hopping at 1:00 PM.

If, however, you're not able to grab a Boarding Group at 7:00 AM, you'll be tasked with the difficult choice of choosing which attraction you'd like to attempt when the window opens again at 12:00 PM since you'll be eligible for either one. Guests may only be in one Boarding Group at a time, though, so if you were able to grab a Boarding Group at 7:00 AM, but your ride time is after the virtual queue opens again at 12:00 PM, you won't be eligible to try to use the virtual queue again.

I hope this helps, Jill. They're both incredible experiences, so I'm sending pixie dust that you'll be able to enjoy one or both of them during your visit! Also, since you mentioned that your husband is disabled, I wanted to make sure that you saw this informative Services for Guests with Disabilities page. As the mama of a Mouseketeer with a disability, we've always found Disney's services to be so helpful.

Thanks for visiting us at planDisney, Jill, and please let us know if we can help with anything else! I hope you and your hubby have a truly magical Disneyland Resort adventure!
