The new
Disney Celebrates America Salute ticket (and all the specially priced military offers) are such an amazing way to give back to military families. As the daughter of two veterans, I have such fond memories of using those tickets to visit the theme parks with my family. Surviving spouses of Eligible Service Members are typically allowed to purchase and use Disney military theme park tickets, provided that they are not remarried and possess a valid identification card. I’m not sure what kind of identification you have, Jo, but in order to verify that you have the right information to purchase and activate the theme park tickets, I recommend reaching out to either the Shades of Green ticket office or your nearest base ITT office. They would be able to walk you through the process if you’ve never purchased these before, determine your eligibility, and even assist you with purchasing the tickets. I recently used Shades of Green to assist my parents in purchasing the Disney Celebrates America Salute tickets, and not only were they incredibly helpful, but the process was also really easy.
