My husband, DD 3, and DS will be visiting WDW 5/ 09. My son has a muscle disease that prevents him from walking or standing on his own. We will be using a double stroller, but I am concerned about holding him for long periods in line. Any suggestions?

What a special trip for your family in May!  Before you arrive please check out the Disney information about disabilities.  You will be able to see what attractions are easy access and all the other information to make your visit comfortable for your son and for you.

When you arrive at one of the parks be sure and stop at Guest Relations and discuss your needs with them. They will instruct you about the procedures to make lines for attractions more realistic with your family.  Often there are "back" doors to help those with wheelchairs to enter a ride without having to maneuver through a long line and you most likely will be able to take advantage of some of them. In any case please see the cast member at each attraction for their guidance.

Have a wonderful and magical vacation!
