My husband, our 5 daughters and I are staying at the Saratoga Springs Resort in July. We would like to plan a family spa day. Our daughters are 20, 17, 11, 9, and 8. When and how should I reserve this, and what do you recommend considering our age range

A Disney Spa Day is something that I always look forward to on my trips to Walt Disney World!  Your daughters will have such a special day!

I highly recommend the Saratoga Springs Spa which will be easy access for you. It is located adjacent to the Carriage House check in building and next to the High Rock Springs pool complex.

There are abundant spa choices for the older girls to choose from. These can be full body treatments to massages to facials.  The Saratoga Springs Spa has extensive options.  For children under 12 there a limited number of choices but they are still fun and wonderful.  You might consider a mother/daughter day where you will all get mini manicures, pedicures, facials and more.  You will need to accompany your younger children and this might be a great option for the four of you.

You can find all the treatments listed and current prices quoted by going to the Niki Bryan Spas website at relaxedyet.com.  Because you are hoping to plan for a larger group I would call the spa directly once you have gone over the spa options and talk with them how you can plan a customized day for you and your girls. That number is 407-827-4455.  I would do this as soon as possible so you can get it all reserved so you are all there at the same time.

    Enjoy and relax!
