    My husband and daughter have 2 icons (profiles?) each when I log into My Disney Experience. I am not sure how I did that, but does it matter and is it something I need to correct before our arrival? Thanks so very much!

    Hi Sherisse!

    I'm so so so very glad you asked this question! Yes - you need to get this corrected and I encourage you to do so soon. It could impact their linked tickets, Disney Resort hotel reservation, dining and/or FastPass+ selections. I had the same challenge a couple of years ago. Like you, I have no idea how it happened but it can be fixed so no need to worry.

    I highly recommend you contact the Internet Helpdesk at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members are both friendly and super helpful! When I had the same situation, I called in and the Cast Member looked at everyone in my traveling party. She worked her magic and made the needed adjustments necessary so I could manage our reservation via My Disney Experience without issue.
